SEIRRA NEGRO

Arnie (Q1088) is a 15.2hh 1996 purebred quarter horse of working bloodlines. His sire is Sierra Isla Via out of San O'Lita (a Doc O'Lita mare). Arnie was purchased in December 2005 as an untouched 9 year old off his breeder, who had kept him as a pet in a secluded paddock on his orchard.

Arnie would have to be our most versatile horse yet. He excelles at calf roping with amazing cow sense, however has had limited outings due to filmwork demands. He is a very athletic horse who is awesome on his feet with a wikid stop. Arnie works confidently at liberty and is also broken to harness.

He has a quiet loving nature with excellent conformation. Straight legs, big hip and strong gaskins. First foals are impressive and have inherited his brilliant nature. Arnie is an ideal prospect for those wanting to breed a quality working cowhorse, reining, calf roping or even cutting horse - moreso and awesome allrounder.

Stud fee is $1,000 plus GST, live foal guarantee. Please contact us to see where this stallion is standing this season. To download a breeding contract click here.

RADZ GOOD LOOKIN

Radz (Q1688 and USA4583906) is a 15.2hh 2003 purebred quarter horse imported from Australia in June 2004. His sire Tall Dark N Radical was imported from the USA to Australia. He has been extremely successful himself (a multiple halter and pleasure champion) and is producing many performance and halter champions. His dam Blue Denim Zokay has performance and halter champions on her top and bottom line and is a performance winner herself.

Radz was the AQHA-NZ yearling futurity champion in March 2005. However, an injury as a two year old consequently meant competition under saddle has yet to eventuate.

Comments from horse trainer Jozette Haseldine: "Radz has alot of natural ability and has a very trainable mind. He is a quiet easy going horse. I love riding him as he is so smoothe and soft with beautiful quality to his movement. He is so easy to teach so it is a pleasure to work with him. He also shows excellent athletic ability which is a real plus for me. To look at he is stunning, he has an absolutely gorgeous head, strong body with beautiful muscling. And he has wonderful bone - something that lacks in a lot of quarter horses."
